On May 5, 2025, the Alliance was happy to welcome the Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals (NLCHP) as its newest member. This followed many years of hard work and advocacy by Newfoundland and Labrador medical radiation and imaging technologists (MRITs), leading to the official regulation of their profession
